In addition to coaching, Look Up Coaching, LLC offers strategy meeting facilitation, leadership fundamentals workshops, and leadership consulting services focused on next-level leadership.

 

Before founding Look Up Coaching, LLC in 2022, Lucille spent 25 years in Corporate America in Operations and Human Resources roles, progressing in scope and responsibility at every organization she served. Most recently, she was Executive Vice President at JLL, a global commercial real estate and professional services firm. Her experience includes strategic and financial oversight of a $170MM operation, leadership roles in multiple M&A integrations, new business start-ups, and responsibility for regions of 500+ employees.

                                                           

Lucille is an ICF-certified, Co-Active-trained Associate Certified Coach, Certified Facilitator, Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR), and a licensed Georgia Real Estate Salesperson. She is a recipient of the Charlotte Business Journal’s Women in Business Award, a graduate of Women Unlimited, Inc.’s LEAD program, and a speaker and panelist on leadership development and inclusive leadership. Lucille holds a BA in Education from Maryville College, where she was also a student-athlete.

                                                                                        

A committed servant leader, Lucille has long volunteered with MUST Ministries and East Cobb Church, served as a five-time Team Lead for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s (raising nearly $50,000), mentored executives through the Women Unlimited LEAD program since 2019, advocated for board diversity through OnBoard, and previously served on the Board of The Salvation Army – Metro Atlanta Area Command.

 

Lucille prioritizes time with God and her family and can often be found on her Peloton, reading a library book, planning her next adventure, or enjoying anywhere the sun is shining.
